Faber

Ok here is the pitch: Local college swim team member no-clips into the backrooms :( many such cases.She has a mysterious benefactor that gives her tips through a walkie-talkie. he says he's trapped in a surveillance room, and is supposedly just glad to have someone to talk to. Faber just wants to go home. She's from 2015 so she loves flower crowns and slushies. :3

Is she scorpion coded cus she needs to leave this place but she can't trust her guide (and her hair kinda looks like a scorpion tail lol) or is she frog coded cus she's good at swimming and is one of the few things keeping her guide from going nutso crazy? WHO KNOWS!

I've made a lot of short one-to-five page comics with her, but I've never been able to get a coherent enough plot for a story. I think she's on some ancient broken atlantis-esque island, which used to live in excess but now everyone seems to be gone. (The person on the walkie-talkie probably did something that killed everyone else and has been in a medically induced coma for years until she shows up or something.) There used to be a seemingly important and unbeatable civilisation here, but now they're all dead so she's using its corpse to hang her laundry and forage for expired atlantean chips.

DND- Pyrrah

Pyrrah is a Fire Genasi Warlock who follows an ancient mind-controlling eldritch bee-god. She joined the cult when she dropped out of wizarding school because of her love of bees, then realized she was in over her head with all the mind control stuff! Now she's going behind her patrons back to try to work against her, but how do you fight something thats in your head?

I've actually made several 15-30 page comics with Pyrrah but I can't share them for various reasons 😭 so have some shorter comics here:

Backstory time! Pyrrah finally told her party the truth of her situation. The party wizard went to ask her mentor about it- turns out he's part of the fantasy men in black and calls her in for questioning.

thennn i have a panel where Tramari explains its an enhanced version of the spell and that her patron isn't able to throw its weight around with psychic protection at the moment lol The wizard is like "wh- dude that was uncalled for i vouched for her :((" then Pyrrah is supremely unhappy about the situation and ofc she has no filter right now thanks to the spell lol. Anyways, she recounts the whole experience to one of her other friends later.

Anyways, she gets a job with the fantasy men in black working undercover against her patron. There is supposedly a book that has all the information on her patron, and the last page says how to defeat her. However, no one has finished the book without going mad...

When I couldn't play DND during the pandemic, I made a "bad end" au where she straight up dies and is reanimated by her bee's as a creepy flesh hive thing. At least she's free from her patron now!
